The QIWI Universe 3.0 Product Hub program, the concept of which was to launch and test a joint pilot as soon as possible (in 3-4 months) at the expense of QIWI. Customers in QIWI Universe 3.0 were QIWI business lines or product teams. Some of them are success stories of past QIWI Universe programs.

Together with QIWI, a unique program has been developed that does not involve training entrepreneurs, but maximum immersion in practice and interaction with the corporation. This is achieved through the implementation of pilot projects with specific business customers, where each pilot is a solution to a specific problem. The program lasted 4 months and 3 million rubles were allocated to each direction. Each project has clear KPIs that are set at the start. At the end of the pilot, depending on the success of the project, there are many scenarios for further work with the corporation.
